The State Campaign for Hospital at Home (HaH) is a public education and advocacy campaign designed to educate HaH stakeholders, collaborate with supporters of HaH and motivate action at the state level in support of HaH. The Campaign is committed to protecting access to critical hospital at home services that are highly safe and effective, valued by patients and families, and essential to keeping inpatient beds open to those who need them by greatly improving outcomes for patients who can safely be treated at home.
